I like that it doesn't have 20 ingredients. Just what's needed. It feels more trustworthy.

I've had NAD supplements in my pre workout drinks before and having an extra supplement here seems to help in my workout repair and recovery. It all helps out in the long run. Niacin and d-Ribose are the two ingredients here.

The tablets are easy to take, either one a day or with each meal. The quality seems good and you get a month to 3 month supply depending on how much you take. Niacin always feels good. Though I know it may bother some people.

This is really just niacin (vitamin B3), with D-ribose added to help increase energy levels. Although niacin is an NAD+ precursor, it's not usually used clinically for boosting NAD because the amount needed to effectively boost NAD would cause intense flushing. Back in the day, niacin supplements just simply said "niacin", but now that the NAD+ supplement market is booming, many of them are adding "NAD" to the label for marketing purposes. Don't get me wrong, niacin is great, especially for cardiovascular health. But if your main goal is to truly boost NAD+ production in your body, you're likely better off with NR, NMN, NAM, etc.

I really like that these are pills as opposed to capsules, because I prefer swallowing pills. The bottle provides a 3 month supply if you take one a day. The main issue I have with this supplement is the $45.00 price, because my usual niacin supplement costs half as much for a 500 day supply. Granted, you do get the extra benefit of D-ribose, but that doesn't justify the price in my opinion. Valen Labs, the maker of this product, does not disclose where it's made as far as I can tell. I have taken off 2 stars for the high price and for labeling niacin as "NAD+", because some people won't realize that they are just over paying for niacin.

I've been taking RiaGev for the past few weeks, and I'm honestly impressed with how consistently it provides clean, sustained energy without the typical crash. Compared to other NAD boosters I"ve tried, its combination of Bioenergy Ribose and Nicotinamide has made a noticeable difference in my focus during workouts and long workdays, all while keeping me feeling steady and balanced. No jitters, no rebound fatigue. Knowing that it supports NAD, ATP, and GSH at the same time for both muscle and cognitive health really aligns with the subtle yet tangible improvements I"ve noticed in my recovery and mental clarity.

RiaGev-SR, the main ingredient of this supplement is defined as nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) and D-ribose in a sustained-release (SR) form. This combination of nicotinamide and D-ribose is supposed to be more beneficial than taking nicotinamide riboside alone. Also, the sustained release extends its effective time length.

The tablet is mostly tasteless with slight sweetness.

'- The bottle did not come with any kind of safety seal over the lid, which is a little concerning to me, although there was one under the lid.
- The bottle includes 90 tablets. The directions say to take between one and three tablets daily. One tablet provides 160 mg of niacin and 600 mg of d-ribose.
- I think that the dosage of both of these is already quite high, I would generally stick to one tablet per day. For me, when I take one tablet I do not experience any flushing which has been an issue for me with other NAD supplements.
- The tablet themselves are a little bit on the large side, but not difficult to take.
- I really like that these tablets are extended release. I feel like that keeps the potential of flushing to a minimum and also helps my energy levels stay steady throughout the day. I often crash and feel like I need a nap around 1pm, but after taking one of these tablets in the morning for a few days I didn’t have that crash at all!
- I have been unable to find much information on this company to confirm the claims of GMP certified facilities. If this information (as well as any third party testing) was available I would feel more confident in this supplement.
- Price wise, this supplement is current $45 for 90 tablets. NAD supplement prices re all of over the place, but I think this is an average or slightly lower than average price. This is a nice option if you’d like to try an NAD supplement that does not cause flushing.'

I've never taken Niacin (Niacinamide) by itself so I was nervous to try this supplement out especially when I saw the high DV amount (1000%). Most supplements leave me jittery or nauseous so I was happy that I haven't experienced any negative side effects. I've only taken 1 a day, with food but you can take up to 3 a day. This supplement makes claims to help increase your focus, cellular wellness and general overall aging. I've found an increase of energy on the days I take this (only a few times a week) and better recovery after exercising. The pill is on the larger side and it isn't in a capsule like most supplements. This contains 90 capsules so it can be a 30-90 day supply, depending on how much you take. This is a bit pricey ($40+) if taken in full doses (3/day) but for 90 days, I can justify the cost.

I have been taking this now for about a month. I feel like i have more energy through out the day. I can notice the difference when I forget to take it in the mornings. I will defiantly be ordering this again.

This supplement has many benefits, including: improving energy levels, help with metabolism, and improving brain health and overall wellness. They are easy to swallow and comes with a 3 month supply. They are a good value and seem to work well. I look forward to seeing the results of continued use and improving my health.

I take one with my breakfast every morning. I haven't noticed any stomach upset, which is usually my dealbreaker with B3/niacinamide stuff (the "niacin flush" is real with other brands, but I haven't felt it here). Good energy level. Overall, it's a good value as well. If you want to support your metabolism and brain health without feeling like you chugged an energy drink, this is a solid choice. Easy to take, steady results.

This product takes an interesting approach to boosting NAD+ levels in the body. Instead of using a more common precursor like NMN or NR, it combines Niacinamide with Ribose, which your body should be able to use together to make NAD+. It does look like there is some research supporting this approach.

My one hesitation with this product is that niacinamide and ribose are both fairly inexpensive ingredients when purchased separately, and I am not sure if this product delivers value beyond what you would get from taking a niacinamide supplement and a separate d-ribose powder. Ribose is often taken at a much higher dosage than what is included in this product (several grams vs 600 mg in this product). However, this product does claim to have an extended delivery mechanism which could possibly make it more effective, and taking a single tablet is definitely convenient.

I have taken a few NAD+ precursors before, and I don't personally tend to notice immediate, dramatic results from them, but I do like including them regularly for overall wellness and longevity support because of the research behind them. This product has worked similarly to other NAD+ booster for me, with a very subtle increase in energy.

I'm a bit on the fence when it comes to B3 supplements, regardless if it comes in the form of Niacinamide or Niacin.

What I like about these:
-I like the combined dosage of Niacinamide (160mg) and d-ribose (600mg) per capsule. This is still a megadose of Niacin (1000% RDV)
-Pills are well formed and all arrived intact without breakage.

The not so great:
-For the components - these are a bit pricey if you compare them to taking a Niacinamide and D-Ribose supplement separately. ($47.99 per bottle of 90 tablets).

In general, I like this supplement - but not for the price. But having it combined in one pill is very convenient. If you are looking for cheaper options then buying Niacinamide and D-Ribose supplements separately can be substantially cheaper.

As with all supplements, but especially B Vitamins like B3 - be very careful of the dosage. Lot's of people are sensitive to nicotinamide (but less so than Niacin).
